Include Customer Part Numbers Automatically

Sure, you may know that item number 20-1015 is a Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker with a built in grinder, but will your customer recognize it as their part number E-67565? And if the buyer forwards your quote to the engineering department, will they recognize it? And what if it sits on their desk for six weeks? What then?
MasterQ gives you the ability to link your part numbers to each customer's item number. You can specify where you would like the customer's part number to appear and what format it should use. After that, MasterQ will automatically insert the appropriate customer item number if one exists.
Make things easy for your buyer - include their part number on your quotes!
MasterQ allows you to place the customer's part number where you would like it.
Using the Format command, you determine how the numbers will appear in your quotes. A few examples might be:
"123-456", or "(123-456)", or "your item number: 123-456", or "[123-456]".
MasterQ will insert the numbers for you automatically. If you have not identified a matching customer item number, of course nothing would be printed.
