Add Notes to EverythingShare your knowledge with the entire organizationYou can create an unlimited number of notes about everything. Attach notes to customers, salesmen, items, even quotes. And if you need to share more information, you can attach documents to your notes to call up a spreadsheet or Word document that can be viewed with the click of the mouse. Notes can be set up to automatically be deleted at a certain date. They can be optionally marked as "private" and are only visible to you. And important notes may be marked as Must View notes. This causes the note to be displayed anytime the subject is referenced. For example, attach a must view note to a customer reminding you that they like to negotiate. Next time you create a quote for this customer the note would pop up.
